DELIVERY

Regular orders are processed and dispatched from our store within 1-3 working days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. We encourage you to use Registered mail to track your package as we will not be responsible for any lost parcel for normal postage.

LOCAL DELIVERY

All local orders are handled and delivered by Ninja Van and we do not offer time slot delivery. Postage fees are listed in Singapore Currency (SGD).

Delivery lead times are just an estimate and does not include internal order processing time of 1-3 working days.

 

Please note the following Restricted Zones and Postal Codes that are not deliverables in addition to PO Box addresses:

 

Once your Order status has been updated to ‘DISPATCHED’, you may track your package with the tracking number provided to you via email. You can also log in to your Account’s Order History to retrieve the tracking number.

 
FAILED DELIVERY
In the event that there is no one to receive the parcel, the dispatch driver will either fail the delivery or call you to check if you would like the parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice. When the secure location is chosen, you will need to provide the driver with the Verification Code sent to you so that it will be deemed as an official handover of item to you. After which, we will not be liable if the parcel is being misplaced, damaged, missing or stolen.
At time when no calls been made by the driver, the delivery will be scheduled upon customer request. There will be a charge for the 3rd delivery attempt.
 
RESCHEDULE ORDER
Once your parcel is failed to deliver, you will receive an email to reschedule your order. You may contact NinjaVan at +65 6602 8271 or email them at support_sg@ninjavan.com to arrange for a follow up delivery.
 
Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting Ninja Van, if you have not received any delivery failure message from NinjaVan.co.  
 
FAILED DELIVERY CHARGE
In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete/invalid shipping address, relevant shipping charges of SGD $5.00 (Standard Courier) will be requested to facilitate the re-shipment of your package. 

Please note that returned packages that are unclaimed or uncollected within 10 working days from the date of the notification email will be forfeited without prior notice and no refunds will be made.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All International orders are handled and delivered by SingPost. Postage fees are listed in Singapore Currency (SGD).
 
Delivery time varies for different country and estimated delivery time is 6-14 days (excluding 1-3 working days processing time). For festive postings, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail to the above estimated delivery time. 
 
International postage rates are charged based on the weight for per order and comes with a tracking number.
 

For parcel weight exceeding 1kg, please email us at sales@elynnreflection.com for an estimated quote.

For International delivery, any custom, taxes or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. As we have no control over such situations, the payments of these charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Elynn Reflection. 
 
It is also your responsibility to bear all applicable custom charges and cost of return shipping back to Elynn Reflection including shipments that are refused by you at delivery. 
 
In the event that your package is returned to Elynn Reflection due to an incorrect/invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, you will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited. 

Please note that returned packages that are unclaimed or uncollected within 14 working days from the date of the notification email will be forfeited without prior notice and no refunds will be made.
