General Terms & Conditions
All exchanges and returns have to be done within 7 working days (local) and 21 working days (international) from date of delivery via this email sales@elynnreflection.com after which, requests thereafter will not be entertained.
 
For local orders within Singapore, you are advised to return via Registered Mail.
For International orders, kindly ensure that your return is registered and can be easily tracked. You are advised to use a trusted shipping service like your national postal service, DHL or FedEx to send your returns.
 
We will not be liable in cases of lost mail for returns. All postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers.
 
All items will be inspected upon return. In the event that the item is found to be not eligible for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no store credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process of mailing the item back for the return will have to be borne by the customer.
 
Should such parcels not be claimed within 10 working days from the date of notification email, the affected order will be forfeited without prior notice. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any unclaimed rejected packages after the stipulated time frame; no refunds will be made.
 
We will monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
 
Conditions for Return/Exchange/Refund
 

  1. Returns will only be accepted for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  2. We will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
  3. Orders made with promotional codes, discount vouchers, gift cards/vouchers, store credits are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. Sale items including non-clothing items such as accessories and bags are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  5. All free size/one size item are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

 
Any exchanges will be entertained only once per order (invoiced). Do note that there will be no reservation for any exchange item. We will reimburse postage fees, up to maximum of SGD $3.00 if the returns are for any incorrect or defective items only.
 
 
AN INCORRECT ITEM
We apologise for mailing an incorrect item. Please email us within 7 days upon shipping of items (i.e. shipment notification email) with the following information:

A) Order ID and Item(s) purchased.
B) Clear picture and description of the incorrect item.

A one-for-one replacement will be carried out. A stamped envelope will be placed inside the new parcel. Customers should then use the stamped envelope provided to return the defective item by dropping it at our Delivery partner’s Drop-off locations. You may refer to this link (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/drop-off#collectMyParcel) to locate your nearest Drop-off point.
 
In the event that item is sold out, a refund in the form of store credits will be given.
Store credits will have a validity period of 90 days from the day we received the returned parcel.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and accurately addressed to Elynn Reflection. We will not be liable for any packaging fees incurred. 
 
Return parcels should reach us within 7 working days (Local Singapore orders) or 21 working days (International orders) from the date parcel was delivered.
 
For International orders, please ensure to send your parcel via a trackable service through your National post office or DHL/FedEx. Please take note that we do not bear any costs of returns, custom duties, taxes or any other charges arising from the return in such cases.
 

A DEFECTIVE ITEM
We apologise if you have received a defective item. Please email us within 7 days upon shipping of items (i.e. shipment notification email) with the following information:

A) Order ID and Item(s) purchased.
B) Clear picture and description of the manufacturing defect
 
A merchandise is considered defective if it has manufacturing defects such as holes, stains, faulty zips or missing parts like buttons.
 
Due to the nature of mass manufactured products, the following are not considered as manufacturing defects:
 

  1. Measurements varying 0.5 to 0.75 inches from the stated measurements;
  2. Slight colour discrepancies arising from difference in computer screen resolutions;
  3. Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on lining etc), misalignment of seams dropping buttons which can be sewn on, which do not affect the overall appearance of the item; and
  4. Differing placement of prints from showcased items as it might differ from piece to piece
 
Returns will only be accepted for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
 
If a defect is ascertained, a direct replacement of the original product order will be provided. In the event that the product is sold out, store credits will be issued with a validity period of 90 days from the day we receive the returned parcel.
 
We strongly encourage you to use a delivery service with tracking capability; we will not be liable for any packaging/additional postage fees; and we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. We will reimburse postage fees, up to maximum of SGD $3.00 if the returns are for any incorrect or defective items only.
 
In the event if the product returned is not defective, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, exchange or return you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable mailing costs at our current standard fees and we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
 

MISFIT ITEM

For exchange of sizes due to a misfit, exchange will only be entertained if item is still in stock. Exchange can only be done once per item (invoiced). Postage costs to and fro due to this exchange will be borne by the customer. Return to us will only be via Registered Mail.

Returns will only be accepted for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
 
In the event that item is no longer in stock, a credit voucher equal to the value of the apparel (less postage fees and SGD $2.00 restocking fee) will be issued to the customer.
 
Validity will be for 30 days from date of issue and there will strictly be no extension of validity period.
 
If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the remaining value on another item. Please note that any remaining value cannot be refunded.
If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference.
