OPERATING HOURS
Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. All transactions (eg. emails, ordering processing / verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You are encouraged to register an account as it will help to speed up the ordering process as we store your mailing address, and you will be able to track your orders easily in your account.
ORDER PLACEMENT
All products prices are displayed in Singapore Currency (SGD).
To place an order, simply add the items desired to your shopping cart.
Kindly ensure that the product, size, colour, quantity and shipping address have been correctly entered before checkout.
Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost/delayed mailed and we will not be liable for any lost normal mails.
In the event that parcels are returned to us after dispatching due to incorrect information or address, you are liable for any additional cost to get the parcel re-delivered again.
All store credits, discount codes and voucher codes are to be entered upon check out. Refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification except on weekends and public holidays.
Please take note that we do not bear any costs of custom duties, taxes or any other charges arising from shipping the items out from our warehouse/store to your respective location.
STORE CREDITS / VOUCHERS / DISCOUNT CODES POLICY
Store credit is credit that you can use towards the purchase of an item from our Site and validity is for 90 days from its date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers cannot be used on sale items. Combination of vouchers is not allowed. The unused balance from the vouchers cannot be refunded.
Store credit/Voucher is strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Please note that your item/s in the cart is/are not secure until payment is processed successfully, and may sell out during the Checkout process.
You are required to make payment for your orders within 12 hours time frame otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your order with or without prior notice.
Once your order has been secured, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include your order number assigned and an invoice. You can log into your account at any time to check the status of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number if delivery option is via Registered mail.
All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
ORDER AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION
Amendment and/or cancellation of order/s are not allowed after order confirmation. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to not issue you a refund for the orders purchased.
We accept local Internet Banking (IB) and PayPal transfers only.

Submitting Payment Details:
Customers who choose Internet Banking as their payment method will have their order(s) reserved for 12 hours upon receiving an invoice after which, your order will be considered void and the item will be released to other customers.
Please take a screenshot of the Payment Confirmation notice and email us at sales@elynnreflection.com after you have made the payment. This will assist us in processing the order soonest possible.
